Compensation - municipal planning decisions
Residents may be entitled to compensation where the local planning authority revises the protection status of an area by such decisions as changing the planning zone, removing planning restrictions etc. Compensation may be payable where such decisions are considered to have adversely affected either the quality of life or property value of residents.
